ONPHA's new budget spreadsheet is designed to conform to the 2007 Social Housing Reform Act (SHRA) funding model revisions. The 2005 spreadsheet will not work to calculate subsidy levels from 2008 on. Who should buy it? If you are a housing provider who has been "benchmarked" by the Ministry of Municipal Affairs and Housing, with a portfolio of anywhere from 1 to 3 projects, you need this spreadsheet for calculating your budget for fiscal years starting 2008. The CD includes versions for portfolios of up to 3 projects with market and RGI units and for 100% RGI units. If you require a version for a larger portfolio, contact Susan Easton at susan.easton@onpha.org. Software compatibility: You must have at least Microsoft Excel '97 to open the spreadsheet.
